Beginning in January, AP Design will be implementing a policy change regarding certain payments made to AP Design accounts with Net Terms.

Starting January 1, 2020, AP Design will implement a 3% processing charge on all net term invoice and account payments made using a credit card.

Payment options which do not require manual processing and will not incur the 3% processing charge include:

  • Payments made through AP Design websites
  • Payments made by checks
  • Payments made by Automated Clearing House (ACH)

Additionally, orders paid at time of purchase by credit card do not require additional manual processing and are not impacted by this change.
