Our Story: The Evolution of AP Design

Founded in 1989 by Beth Marcotte, the company began its journey as a traditional awards and trophy shop “Awards Plus”, dedicated to celebrating achievements with quality and craftsmanship.

In 1998, Brian and Nancy Kor took the helm, transforming AP Design by expanding into promotional products. This move allowed the company to offer a broader range of branding solutions to our valued clients.

Growth continued with strategic acquisitions:

  • 2005: Acquired Signature Solutions, an apparel decoration company, enhancing our ability to create customized clothing that stands out.
  • 2010: Purchased a sign company (Paxton Signs), enabling us to provide comprehensive signage solutions alongside our existing services.

In 2023, Nick and Jill Schwarz acquired AP Design, bringing fresh energy and vision to the company. Alongside this acquisition, we also welcomed “Mailboxes & Parcel Depot,” an independent shipping store. Rebranded as “Send It,” we now offer reliable shipping services through major carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, Spee-Dee, and DHL.
