Send It accepts faxes – send and receive for a fee. The number associated with that service is: 507-9299-9242 

Amazon return instructions:

Send It is not a franchised UPS store, so we can’t accept Amazon QR codes. Instead, please follow these instructions:

  1. Cancel your return – go to your items, find the product, then select “View refund/return status” cancel and confirm. Then press the back button.
  2. Re-Submit your return: selection reason for return (“Inaccurate Web Description”), then select refund option, then select “2 Other Options” then “UPS Dropoff Point”.
  3. Print and apply that label and bring your item to our store.
  4. Or, for $1 printing fee – you can email the label to our store. Select “Email a Copy” and then enter our email in the “Send to a Friend” field and confirm.

Comcast/Frontier/Cable company return instructions:

Send It is not a franchised UPS store, so we can’t fulfill returns for Comcast as they state. Instead, please call the company and tell them that the nearest UPS store is 80 miles away and ask them to send you a return label instead. Then, once you receive that return label, you can bring the item to our store to be shipped out.

Send It offers notary services. Please call 507-532-4482 to schedule a time to ensure our notary is available. 

Carrier Deliveries & Pickup:

Carriers should do deliveries and pickups at the rear of the building.
